WASH BINS aims to provide the best results with each cleaning, however, in some cases with bins or dumpsters that are extremely soiled, they may require more than one cleaning to achieve optimal cleanliness. For the most effective results, we strongly recommend sanitizing your bins or dumpsters on a regular basis, per scheduled recurrence.

Rotating bins or dumpsters is not permitted. The same bins or dumpsters that you note in your initial sign up will be cleaned each service. If you would like to add a new bin or dumpster to your account you may call, email or text us and your account will be updated accordingly.

It is the client’s responsibility to contact us within 24 hours of their scheduled cleaning to reschedule. If you do not notify us prior to your cleaning and would like to reschedule for us to come back, a rescheduling fee of $10 for bins and $50 for dumpsters will apply.

Bins or dumpsters must be curbside, visibly accessible, or otherwise noted to us in advance for cleaning on their scheduled service date. For residential services, if bins are not out and accessible, our technicians will not knock on doors or enter areas behind locked or closed gates for safety and liability reasons.

For commercial or multi-unit properties (such as HOAs or apartment complexes), gated access to bins or dumpsters will be used if access points (e.g., gate codes, contact personnel, or entry instructions) are provided and agreed upon in advance as part of the service agreement. Our team will follow the agreed- upon access plan to ensure service is completed safely and reliably.

If your dumpsters are not accessible the office will try contacting the point of contact on the account and will wait for a response for five minutes. If there is no response the technician will have to move on. As a courtesy we do send an email reminder the day before service and a text reminder the morning of service. It is the client’s responsibility to leave the receptacle(s) empty for a four hour window after the provided trash collection time.

Bins, dumpsters and enclosures must be completely empty with exception of small pieces of scraps of trash stuck to the bottom or ground, otherwise we will not be able to clean them, and a rescheduling fee can apply. We do not have the capabilities to haul trash.

Bins, dumpsters and enclosures must be free of un-bagged human and animal waste, or they will not be cleaned due to contamination of the equipment and health hazards. Bins, dumpsters and enclosures must be free of cooking and motor oils, wet paint, chemicals, or hazardous waste. We do not service if animal infestation is present such as mice, rats, raccoons, snakes, skunks, bears etc.

Initial payment is processed the day you sign up and then on the first of the month your bins or dumpsters are to be cleaned moving forward. Should you cancel service, reduce or switch out bins or dumpsters before your second cleaning you will be charged the minimum service fee which is equivalent to the one time rate for the number of bins or dumpsters cleaned.

We do not service on Sundays or holidays. We only provide services within the geographic areas listed on our Service Areas page.

In the event of a natural disaster, state of emergency, severe weather, or accessibility issues your scheduled cleaning will be moved to the following week or next available date allowed. We will notify you via email and text to confirm the scheduled appointment.

Next Day Service Guarantee: All standard terms and conditions apply. Offer valid for first time residential cleanings only. Next day time frame applies only to sign-ups received by 4pm PST. WASH BINS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue this promotion at any time without notice. If the guaranteed cleaning does not occur, it will be refunded and rescheduled.
